June 1, 2009 VIGILUS, LLC has announced the availability of AdVanced Features 3.0.2 for ACT! for Notes 4.2. The release is ready for immediate shipment. This version is compatible with Notes/Domino versions up to ND8.5.
Advanced Features for ACT! for Notes is an add-on package of new and improved capabilities, utilities and productivity enhancements that greatly extends the already rich repertoire of ACT! for Notes, the best selling Lotus Notes CRM. This release continues Vigilus' ongoing commitment to the ACT! For Notes user base to constantly improve ACT! for Notes.
Enhancements of Advanced Features for ACT! for Notes include:
- BlackBerry integration
- Create and Send E-Mail from MS Word - You can now create a fully formatted, customized E-Mail from a Microsoft Word Template.
- Microsoft Office Integration and Office Document Automation. Produce highly formatted letters and documents with ACT! for Notes data. In-place creation and editing of Office attachments (both Notes and Web). PDF conversion.
- Call Reports. Measure and analyze activity by Sales Rep/Month/Contact.
- Bring E-Mail From Mail File as an E-Mail Document, allowing the User to create a response within AFN.
- Make Skype Calls to Contacts - Optionally, call contacts using the Skype service.
- Google Maps. Obtain location and directions for a Contact or Company.
