Our projects are priced on a fixed cost basis. The exception is for data migration services.
Our pricing includes project management, development, quality assurance, deployment consulting, release notes, and regression testing.
Our process is as follows:
- Requirements - Gather requirements via JAD sessions or phone conversations.
- Assessment - Determine what level of effort is involved, based on the requirements that we have gathered.
- Plan - Once the effort and scope is understood and has been agreed upon, we describe what will be done in your project.
- Proposal - Once we obtain your approval, we submit a proposal with pricing, assumptions as well as terms and conditions.
- Project Kick-Off - When we receive the approved proposal, we will conduct a project kick-off meeting, where we review deliverables, delivery dates, milestones, assumptions, making sure everyone is on the same page.
- Prototyping - During development, we conduct remote prototype reviews with you over the web to checkpoint our progress, ensure we are "on track" and make minor "mid-course" corrections as needed.
- QA Review - Once development is complete, our process enters into QA testing.
- Deployment - Once QA is finished, we will send you the finished product and release notes via email and walk you through deployment.
